About the Job
Morgan Stanley is seeking CA trainees to join the Internal Audit Team for the CA Industrial Training Program. This internship program designed as an opportunity to learn more about the important role that Internal Audit plays within the Firm.
This structured program is designed to give interns insight into this division and an opportunity to develop and master the analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills needed to develop an exciting and rewarding career. The training will continue throughout the course of the program with structured learning sessions run by senior executives.
In the Internal Audit division, it provides senior management an objective and independent assessment of the Firm’s internal control environment for risk management and governance.
Eligibility
- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (IPCC Clear-Both Groups)
- Interested in Internal Audit
- Interested in the Financial Services Industry

Responsibilities
Successful candidates will develop or enhance their knowledge of audit, banking business and regulations by exploring the various aspects of one or more of the Firm’s business units. More specifically, candidates can expect-
- Intensive, hands-on introduction to Morgan Stanley’s Internal Audit
- Broad exposure to Morgan Stanley businesses
- In-depth exposure to a specific function based on your placement
- Successful candidate will be expected to support in execution of various assurance activity. You will be assisting in executing audits through different stages i.e. planning, fieldwork and reporting across
- Morgan Stanley’s core businesses namely Institutional Securities, Wealth Management and Investment Management as well as functions supporting these business units including Operations, Finance and Compliance.
