The role offers practical exposure to business valuation, transaction advisory, financial modelling, and startup-related advisory assignments. What You Will Work On
- Assisting in DCF and business valuation assignments
- Supporting financial modelling and scenario analysis work
- Working on transaction advisory and due diligence assignments
- Assisting in M&A and deal structuring engagements
- Supporting startup-related transactions involving CCDs, ESOPs, and SHAs
- Working on Rule 57 and Angel Tax-related assignments
- Conducting company research and financial analysis
