About the Opportunity

Nestlé India is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its Finance teams at the Sanand (Ahmedabad) and Pantnagar factory locations. This opportunity is suitable for CA Final students eligible for industrial training and interested in gaining practical exposure to factory finance, costing, controlling, and manufacturing operations in the FMCG sector.

• Pantnagar, Uttarakhand

Eligibility

• Cleared CA Intermediate (both groups)
• Currently pursuing CA Final
• Eligible for industrial training under ICAI guidelines
• Good analytical, accounting, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SAP, indirect taxation, or internal audit is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Assisting the factory finance team in daily accounting and reporting activities
• Supporting costing, budgeting, and variance analysis processes
• Working on factory finance controls and operational finance activities
• Assisting in internal control reviews and compliance-related work
• Supporting MIS preparation and financial data analysis
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams across operations and finance
• Gaining exposure to manufacturing processes and finance decision-making systems
