About the Opportunity

Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for multiple finance roles across Pune and Kagal locations. The opportunity offers exposure to corporate reporting, direct tax, plant finance, costing, indirect taxation, MIS reporting, and operational finance within a listed manufacturing company environment.

Eligibility

• Cleared CA Intermediate
• Eligible for Industrial Training
• Available for minimum 11 months to 1 year
• Prior exposure to Direct Tax preferred for the Direct Tax role
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools

What You Will Work On

• Assisting in management reporting and MIS preparation
• Supporting statutory reporting and Ind AS-related work
• Working on direct tax compliance, tax audits, and Form 15CA/15CB processes
• Assisting in GST compliance and indirect tax filings
• Supporting plant finance, costing, and inventory control processes
• Participating in statutory audits and physical inventory activities
• Preparing financial analysis and business support reports using Excel and reporting tools
