Valmiki Leela Capital is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Investment Banking ECM team in Ahmedabad. The role offers exposure to investment banking, listed company compliance, financial due diligence, capital market transactions, and advisory assignments while working closely with senior professionals on live engagements.

Eligibility

• CA Articleship student eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI regulations
• Must have completed one year of Articleship
• Strong working knowledge or experience of Ind AS
• Good understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts

What You Will Work On

• Assisting in financial due diligence and transaction advisory assignments
