About the Opportunity

Glean is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Bengaluru office. The role offers practical exposure to finance operations, compliance, financial reporting, payroll verification, audits, and regulatory processes within a fast-paced technology environment.

Bengaluru
Hybrid Work Mode — 4 days a week in office

Eligibility

• Pursuing Chartered Accountancy and eligible for Industrial Training
• Minimum 12 months of articleship remaining
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Basic knowledge of payroll regulations, Income Tax, and GST
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems
• ERP knowledge preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Stipend / Salary

Compensation will be based on location, skills, knowledge, and experience.

What You Will Work On

• Assisting in financial reporting and month-end close activities
• Supporting payroll verification and finance operations

• Performing general ledger reconciliations
• Assisting in internal and statutory audit processes
• Supporting regulatory compliance and taxation-related tasks
• Coordinating with finance teams on operational accounting activities
