About the Opportunity

bp is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its GBS Finance team in Pune, Maharashtra. This is a 12-month industrial training opportunity designed for CA students under the ICAI new scheme. The role offers exposure to finance reporting, statutory accounting, tax analysis, and operational finance processes in a global corporate environment.

Eligibility

• Must be pursuing CA under the ICAI New Scheme
• Must have cleared IPCC in the first attempt
• Preferably completed 12 months of articleship
• Eligible to appear for CA Final in May 2028
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Supporting finance group reporting activities for assigned entities
• Assisting in preparation of statutory accounts and financial statements
• Working on tax analysis and compliance-related tasks

• Helping resolve operational finance and reporting issues
• Using MS Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and reporting support
