About the Opportunity
BPCL is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Retail Finance team in Noida. The selected candidate is expected to join on 29 July 2026. This role is suitable for CA students looking to gain corporate finance exposure in a large public sector company, with work likely to involve finance support, reporting, and business-facing assignments within the retail finance function.
Eligibility
- CA Final attempt due in November 2027 or later.
- 11–12 months of articleship remaining.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Prior experience in SAP will be an added advantage.

- Supporting finance-related assignments within the Retail Finance team.
