About the Opportunity
IBM is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for the role of Accounting Analyst in Bengaluru. This 12-month industrial training opportunity is designed for CA students eligible under ICAI regulations. The role provides exposure to statutory accounting, statutory audits, tax compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with multiple finance and tax teams.
Eligibility
- CA students eligible for 12-month Industrial Training under ICAI regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Basic understanding of Indian Accounting Standards.
- Interest in accounting, statutory compliance, and taxation.

What You Will Work On
- Supporting statutory accounting and statutory audit compliance activities.
- Coordinating with Tax Accounting, Centres of Excellence (COEs), Country Tax Teams, and financial analysts.
- Assisting in tax audit, tax return, TDS, and transfer pricing compliance activities.
- Supporting the preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Coordinating with statutory auditors and assisting in resolution of audit queries.
- Assisting the Country Tax Team with information required for litigation matters.
- Working with finance teams on accounting analysis and statutory reporting requirements.
