About the Opportunity
Agrawal Dhand Motwani & Co. (ADM) is hiring Article Assistants for its Risk & Assurance practice in Pune. The role offers practical exposure across Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Direct & Indirect Taxation while working with clients from industries such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, distribution, IT, and financial services.
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate students eligible to commence Articleship under ICAI guidelines.
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Risk & Assurance.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
Stipend / Salary

What You Will Work On
- Assisting in statutory audit assignments across multiple industries.
- Supporting internal audit and risk advisory engagements.
- Assisting on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) assignments.
- Supporting direct and indirect taxation compliance and advisory work.
- Preparing audit documentation, financial schedules, and working papers.
- Coordinating with clients for information, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
- Working alongside experienced professionals on advisory and assurance projects.
