Radisson Consulting (Among the Top PE-VC Advisors as per Venture Intelligence League Tables) are looking for a dynamic and driven Article Trainee to join our Transaction Advisory Services team.
This role offers hands-on exposure to investment banking, valuations, financial due diligence and corporate finance assignments within a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Eligibility
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting setup
Responsibilities
• Analyse financial statements and business plans
• Conduct valuations (M&A, ESOPs, regulatory)
• Support financial due diligence for PE/VC clients
• Perform sector-specific market research
• Contribute to client deliverables – reports, profiles, and pitch decks
