Position 1: U.S. Tax Manager
Position 2 : Article Trainees
Eligibility
Position 1: U.S. Tax Manager
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant or US CPA
- Experience: 4-5 Years
- Strong understanding of U.S. Accounting Concepts & Tax Principles
- Hands-on experience with U.S. Corporates (Form 1120), Individual (Form 1040) and International Tax Compliance (Forms 5471, 5472, 8865,926)
- Proficient in FBAR, FATCA, and PFIC reporting
- Skilled in Partnership Filings (Forms 1065, 8865) and PE Fund Compliance
- Experience in State Tax Returns
- Ability to manage client relationships and lead teams effectively
Position 2 : Article Trainees
- Qualification: Require candidates who have cleared both groups of Intermediate
- Requirement : Ready to pursue 2 year articleship in US Tax
