Foundershala Venture is hiring Article Trainees in Investment Banking & V-CFO Services
They are a financial advisory and Investment Banking firm specializing in M&A, Private Equity based in Mumbai.
Eligibility
– Both Groups CA Intermediate Cleared
– Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred (On-Site only)
Responsibilities
1) Conducting financial analysis, market research, and sector-specific trend monitoring.
2) Preparing client materials such as pitch decks and consulting presentations.
3) Supporting valuation models, scenario projections, and sensitivity analysis.
4) Participating in client meetings to understand strategies and expectations.
5) Compliance and Legal Advisory
6) Building partnership with incubators, accelerators, VS Firms and industry bodies while organizing investor meetups.
7) Virtual CFO Services
