About the Job
Blisstech Solutions, a SaaS-based company in Delhi, is seeking an Accounts & Compliance Executive Intern for a 6-month CTH (Contract-to-Hire) role with a stipend.
Eligibility
Although remote, candidates must be based in Delhi NCR and open to local travel. The intern will manage day-to-day accounting, GST, payroll, and compliance activities.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations; recording and monitoring financial transactions; and preparing monthly MIS reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). You will also handle GST compliance (invoicing, filing, reconciliations), manage TDS payments and returns, support statutory audits, and coordinate with external CA/CS for ROC and Companies Act compliance.
Payroll processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and corporate secretarial support (shareholder records, board minutes, filings) are also part of the role. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (CA Inter/CS Inter preferred), 2 years of experience in accounting/GST/payroll/compliance, and proficiency in Zoho Books/Payroll, Razorpay, and Tally/QuickBooks.
