Eligibility

• Qualified and Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants.
• Key Skills include a strong understanding of international tax.
• Role: Taxation Executive.
• Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and meticulously reviewing tax returns.
• Conducting detailed and thorough tax research on Indian and international tax laws, treaties, and various regulations.
• Providing expert tax opinions and comprehensive advisory on complex issues such as strategic tax planning, due diligence processes, and efficient transaction structuring.
• Assisting in conducting diligent due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and significant investment transactions.
• Supporting the careful structuring of cross-border and domestic transactions, always ensuring full regulatory and tax compliance.
• Assisting clients with their regular tax compliances, including TDS, GST, and other essential statutory filings.
• Preparing precise documentation and comprehensive reports for tax audits and assessments.
• Staying consistently abreast of changes in tax laws and proactively updating internal knowledge resources to maintain expertise.
• Participating actively in tax compliance and due diligence assignments.
