Eligibility

Candidates must be CA Inter Qualified with 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance. Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Compliance is essential, along with proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel. Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also vital.

Responsibilities

• Handling daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Ensuring timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinating with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Contributing to process improvements and ERP/automation initiatives.
