About the Job

P.C Patni & Co., established in 1996, is a Category 1 CA Firm specializing in quality assurance services across Accounting, Auditing, and Business Advisory. They are currently seeking an Article Trainee to join their team in BKC, Mumbai.

This full-time position requires a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or a student pursuing CA, who will be involved in a variety of audit, accounting, and compliance-related assignments, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Eligibility

Applicants should have a good understanding of accounting principles and standards, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Prior experience in a CA firm and knowledge of Ind AS are added advantages.

Responsibilities

• Conducting various audits such as ASM, Forensic, Internal, and Concurrent Audits.
• Assisting in Statutory Audit and Accounting Advisory (Ind AS).
• Managing compliance-related matters including FEMA, ROC, and RBI.
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and other necessary documents.
• Maintaining precise and up-to-date financial records.
• Supporting senior team members in diverse assignments.
• Ensuring adherence to all applicable accounting and auditing standards.
• Delivering quality assurance services and innovative solutions.
