About the Job
This is a full-time, 6-month internship located in Delhi, offering a stipend of ₹8,000-₹12,000 per month and starting immediately. This role is perfect for motivated and detail-oriented individuals looking to build a career in finance, law, or consulting, by gaining hands-on experience in taxation, company compliance, and legal documentation.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or a dropout of CA (Chartered Accountancy), CS (Company Secretary), or CMA (Cost & Management Accountancy) will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and Company Law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and email communication.
- Prior internship or project work in finance or legal domains will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in GST registration, GST return filing, income tax returns, and other related filings.
- Supporting company incorporation processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Drafting legal documents, agreements, and declarations.
- Coordinating and assisting with FCRA registration and return submissions.
- Preparing replies to income tax notices and other regulatory department communications.
- Drafting project proposals, annual reports, and organizational profiles for clients.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients for status updates and documentation requirements.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and providing support for audit processes.
