About the Job
AlphaValue Consulting is hiring Trainees to join its Valuation & Due Diligence practice. This role offers hands-on exposure to transaction advisory work, valuation modeling, and financial due diligence across diverse industries.
Eligibility
- Trainee / Article / Student of ICSI / ICAI / ICWAI (or equivalent)
- Strong fundamentals in finance, accounts, and financial statements
- Interest in valuation, due diligence, and transaction advisory
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good command over MS Excel (Capitaline knowledge is a plus)
- Clear communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Assisting in valuation models (DCF, CCM, CTM, NAV) and cross-checking outputs
- Industry research, peer benchmarking, and financial analysis
- Supporting preparation of valuation reports (strategic and regulatory)
- Assisting in Financial Due Diligence (FDD):
- Analysis of financial statements
- EBITDA, net debt, and working capital assessment
- Identification of key red flags
- Supporting report drafting, transaction notes, presentations, and audit support
