Eligibility
- CS Executive / CS Professional students (registered with ICSI)
- Strong interest in corporate laws & compliance
- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013
- Good drafting skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Responsibilities
- Assisting in statutory and regulatory compliances
- Preparation of board resolutions, minutes, and statutory registers
- ROC filings and MCA-related work
- Assisting in secretarial audits and due diligence
- General compliance and documentation support
