About the Job
Incio Fintech is hiring a CA Article Trainee for an Industrial Training / Audit & Finance profile at its Mumbai office. This role offers hands-on exposure to finance, audit, and business operations in a fast-growing fintech startup environment.
Eligibility
Candidates must have cleared CA Intermediate with strong accounting and audit fundamentals, good MS Excel skills, and a curious, adaptable mindset. Second-year articleship candidates will be preferred.
Role Highlights
- Internal audits, process reviews, and control checks
- Bank, ledger, and inter-company reconciliations
- MIS reporting, month-end closing, and variance analysis
- Financial analysis, budgeting, and cash-flow monitoring
- Financial modelling and decision-support analytics
- SOP building and process improvement projects
Work Model
4 days office + 2 days work from home
Dedicated daily study time provided
