Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Mumbai location. This role offers exposure across FP&A, Business Finance Partnering, and Account to Report, with a focus on compliance, process optimisation, and global finance operations.
Eligibility
Candidates must be second-year CA Articleship students, preferably from Big 4 firms, with CA Intermediate cleared.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with Johnson & Johnson Credo
- Supporting process optimisation in FP&A, Business Finance Partnering, or Account to Report
- Building strong partnerships across teams
- Driving innovation and efficiency in finance operations
Skills Required
- Strong communication and adaptability
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Flexibility to work in global alignment shifts
