About the Job
InCorp India is hiring a Qualified CA or ACCA for the role of Manager – Corporate Development at its Mumbai (BKC) office. This role offers end-to-end exposure to equity, debt, and M&A transactions, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals interested in corporate finance and deal-making.
Eligibility
Candidates should be Qualified CAs or ACCAs with:
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, or
- Freshers with strong internship or articleship exposure in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
Responsibilities
- Working on equity, debt, and M&A deals
- End-to-end transaction execution and deal closure
- Financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
- Client interaction and stakeholder coordination
- Team collaboration and mentoring
