About the Job
Cummins India Limited is inviting applications for a CA Industrial Trainee for a one-year industrial training program, starting mid-March 2026. This role offers structured exposure to audit, accounting, and compliance functions within a large multinational manufacturing organization.
Eligibility
- CA Foundation and CA Intermediate cleared
- Minimum 1 year of completed CA Articleship (New Scheme)
- Eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI norms
- Available for full-time commitment of 11–12 months
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on exposure to Internal Audit / Statutory Audit / Tax Audit
- Strong understanding of audit procedures, accounting standards, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
Additional Details
- Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Work Mode: In-office only
Preferences
- Candidates based in Pune
- Exposure to agentic AI in audit processes
- CA Foundation and CA Intermediate cleared in first attempt
