About the Industrial Training Opportunity
Z-Tech (India) Limited is inviting applications for the position of CA Industrial Trainee at its Chhatarpur, Delhi office. This 12-month industrial training program offers comprehensive exposure to Finance & Accounts, including MIS, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Business Reporting.
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate completed
- Eligible and willing to undertake Industrial Training as per ICAI norms
- Available for a full-time 12-month training period
Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Day-to-day accounting, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny
- Assistance in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements
- Bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations
Audit & Compliance
- Support in internal, statutory, tax, and concurrent audits
- Preparation and maintenance of audit schedules and documentation
- Compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other laws
Taxation
- GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliations
- TDS/TCS workings and return filings
- Support in income tax computations and assessments
Budgeting & MIS
- Preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control support
Treasury & Banking
- Bank coordination, fund flow statements, and cash management
- Documentation for loans, LC, BG, and other banking requirements
Process Improvement
- SOP preparation and process standardization
- Identification of control gaps and process improvements
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, and Income Tax
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- ERP exposure (SAP / Tally / Oracle) preferred
Training Outcome
- Hands-on exposure across Finance & Accounts functions
- Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of training
Stipend
₹20,000 per month
