Paragon Partners is inviting applications for a CA Industrial Trainee position within its Investments Team. This is a front-end role offering hands-on exposure to investment processes, including sector research, financial modelling, due diligence, and portfolio support.

Eligibility
- Current CA Article Assistants eligible for industrial training
- Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding
- Interest in the Indian investment landscape
- Big-4 experience preferred but not mandatory

- Preparation of investment memoranda
- Portfolio company support and investment analysis
