Esme Consumer is looking for a driven CA Industrial Trainee to join their finance team!

This role offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, audits, and business analysis within a dynamic corporate environment. Ideal for CA aspirants in their final year of articleship under ICAI’s industrial training program.

Eligibility

• CA Final candidate eligible for industrial training as per ICAI norms
• Strong grasp of accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems (preferred)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Adaptability to a fast-paced corporate setting

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analysing financial statements and reports
• Support statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring compliance
• Work on GST, TDS, and corporate taxation, including filings and reconciliations
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with teams on cost control, process improvements, and financial modelling
• Help automate and optimise financial processes
• Conduct data analysis and MIS reporting for management insights
• Stay updated on accounting and taxation regulations

Duration

12 months (as per ICAI guidelines)
