About the Job

M/s IFCCL is inviting applications from motivated and committed individuals for the role of Articles / Interns / Trainees. This opportunity is ideal for CA (Final) students or Management students who are looking to gain practical exposure in a professional consultancy environment.

Note:
Interns will be provided with comprehensive training and hands-on experience across various domains. The internship is structured to ensure exposure in the following fields:

• Insolvency
• Company closing under Liquidation under Dthe elhi High Court,
• Forensic Audit,
• Statutory & Internal Auditing.
• International taxation,
• Tax Audit u/s 44AB of the Income Tax.
• Bank Financing Project Reports & Valuation.
• Income tax assessments (For corporations as well as individuals).
• Income tax & TDS Returns filings.
• Accounting advisory: Accounting software Tally & MS Office.
• NGO Sector, Corporate Compliance.
• GST Returns filings.
• Audit- GST Audits, Statutory and Tax Audit, US GAAP Audit, PCAOB Audit, Bank Audit, Internal Control Audit and other Audits of companies and LLPs.
• ROC Compliance – Filing of various ROC forms, Annual returns, Company and LLP incorporation.
• Direct & Indirect Taxes- Preparation of GST Computations & Returns, IT Assessments (Demands and Refunds), Income tax returns, GST returns and TDS Returns,
• Audit, GST, Income Tax, Company Law, among others.
• Other related tasks- Accounting, Net worth Individuals Certificates, Transfer Pricing, Other registrations like MSME, Shop & establishments, FSSAI license etc.

Eligibility

 Must have cleared at least one group of IPCC/ Both group cleared could be an advantage.
