About the Job

AltQuad Global LLP is hiring Articled Assistants interested in management consultancy, process reviews, outsourced accounting & CFO services, automation, BI dashboards, and ROI-driven internal audits. You’ll work with a 40+ member team focused on high-quality, value-driven deliverables.

Eligibility

  • Passed IPCC (both groups)
  • Strong command over English (written is a must)
  • Good with Excel, analysis, and number crunching

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key point of contact for assignments (e.g., process reviews, SOPs, dashboards, reporting)
  • Serve as a virtual CFO providing decision-support analytics
  • Review accounting work by the KPO team and improve QC processes
  • Assist in Indian and international tax compliances
  • Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities
  • Support automation and reporting tool implementation (Power BI, Visio, etc.)
  • Monitor project timelines and client deliverables
  • Daily/Weekly Tasks:
    • On-site client visits for execution and analysis
    • Team meetings to track progress and enhance internal audit/consulting practices
