About the Articleship Opportunity
En Pointe Adwisers is hiring an Article Assistant – Business Valuation & Deal Advisory. This role is exclusively focused on valuation and M&A, offering deep, hands-on exposure beyond theoretical learning, ideal for CA students aspiring to build a specialist career in this domain.
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate qualified (both groups cleared)
- Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in valuation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel (PowerPoint skills are a strong advantage)
Responsibilities
- Performing business valuations using methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Comparable Company Analysis for equities, ESOPs, and complex financial instruments
- Supporting M&A transactions end-to-end—from pitch decks and teasers to due diligence and Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) under Ind AS
- Building financial models and performing impairment testing for goodwill and cash-generating units (CGUs)
