About the Job

Finvox Analytics is inviting applications for Article Assistants to join its Valuation Team in Gurugram. The role offers hands-on exposure to valuation engagements involving financial instruments and business assets, along with opportunities to work on financial modelling and analytical assignments.

Eligibility

• CA Articles / CA Intermediate candidates with both groups cleared in a recent attempt.
• Graduation completed from a regular college preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Gurugram preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in finance, accounting, and valuation concepts.
• Comfortable with Excel and financial analysis.
• Detail-oriented with a strong learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Valuation of financial instruments including equity, debt, and derivatives.
• Valuation of business assets and intangible assets.
• Financial modeling, analysis, and documentation.
• Exposure to regulatory, accounting, and transaction-driven valuations.
