About the Job
SARK & Co. is hiring an Article Assistant for its Gurugram office. This role provides hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit work, offering an excellent learning opportunity within a multi-location Chartered Accountancy firm.
Eligibility
Candidates should be CA Articles / CA Intermediate students or Graduates in Commerce with a basic understanding of GST, Income Tax, and Accounting. Applicants should have working knowledge of MS Excel, familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and accounting support
- Preparation and filing of GST returns and related compliances
- Assistance in Income Tax returns and TDS/TCS compliances
- Support in statutory, tax, and internal audits
- Handling notices, reconciliations, and basic MIS reports
- Client coordination and documentation support
- Inventory, fixed asset physical verification, and audits
