About the Opportunity
Tulsija & Associates is hiring Article Assistants for its Pune office. This is an on-site opportunity for CA students interested in advisory and finance-focused work, including financial modelling, debt advisory, and client transaction support. Selected candidates will work directly with the founder and gain exposure to business finance and deal execution activities.
Eligibility
- Basic understanding of finance and accounts
- Knowledge of statutory requirements and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and time management abilities
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Stipend / Salary

What You Will Work On
- Assisting in financial modelling and credit analysis assignments
- Preparing project reports and financial documents
- Supporting debt advisory and capital structuring engagements
- Coordinating with banks during sanction and compliance processes
- Assisting in execution of client transactions and advisory assignments
- Working on financial reporting and compliance-related tasks
- Supporting internal audit and consultancy projects for clients
