About the Job

Job Title: Article Assistant / CA Articleship Trainee/CA Finalist

Eligibility

• Passed CA Intermediate (Group I or both)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

As an Article Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in various domains including:

• Audit & Assurance:
• Conducting statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits
• Documentation and drafting of audit reports
• Compliance with auditing standards
• Direct & Indirect Taxation:
• Filing income tax returns, TDS returns, GST returns
• Assistance in tax assessments and scrutiny cases
• Preparing tax computation and working papers
• Accounting & Financial Reporting:
• Preparation and finalization of financial statements
• Bookkeeping and maintenance of accounts for clients
• Handling software such as Tally, Busy, QuickBooks, etc.
• Company Law & Compliance:
• ROC filings and compliance under Companies Act
• Drafting board resolutions, minutes, etc.

• Exposure to due diligence, MIS reporting, management consulting
