About the Job
ValAdvisor is inviting applications for the position of Article Assistant – Valuations at its Gurgaon office. The role offers hands-on exposure to valuation assignments, financial modelling, and transaction advisory engagements within a professional advisory environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and company research to support valuation assignments.
- Build financial models for public and private companies.
- Assist in preparation of detailed valuation reports.
- Support valuation of complex securities, options, and intangible assets.
- Contribute to transaction advisory and consulting engagements.
- Gain exposure to startup, IPO, PE taxation, and cross-sector valuations.
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate (Both Groups Cleared).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Good understanding of financial modelling.
Location
Gurgaon (On-site)
