About the Opportunity
The firm is hiring Article Assistants to join its long-standing team. As an Article Assistant, you will gain exposure across diverse service areas, working closely with experienced partners and professionals. This role offers a solid foundation for your CA career through real-world assignments and mentorship.
Eligibility
- CA students registered for Articleship
- Good communication and analytical skills

- Statutory Audit – Corporate, non-corporate, and sector-specific audits
- Internal Audit & Risk Advisory
- Concurrent & Bank Audits
- Direct Taxation – Return filings, assessments, advisory & planning
- Indirect Taxation (GST) – Registrations, compliance, audits, litigation support
- Tax Litigation Support – Drafting replies, preparing submissions, representational support
- FEMA Advisory – ODI, FDI, compliance filings & cross-border transactions
- ROC & Corporate Compliance – MCA filings, secretarial documentation
- Business Consultancy – Financial analysis, restructuring, valuations
- Other regulatory compliances across client portfolios
