About the Opportunity
ValAdvisor is hiring an Article Assistant for its valuation and advisory team in Gurugram. The role offers practical exposure to valuation assignments, financial modelling, transaction advisory, and corporate finance-related work.

Eligibility
- CA Intermediate both groups cleared
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Understanding of Financial Modelling
- Interest in valuation and transaction advisory work
- Good analytical and communication skills
Stipend / Salary

What You Will Work On
- Conducting industry and company research for valuation assignments
- Assisting in financial modelling for listed and private companies
- Supporting preparation of valuation models and reports
- Working on valuation of securities, options, and intangible assets
- Assisting in transaction advisory and consulting engagements
- Supporting valuation assignments related to startups, IPOs, taxation, and private equity deals
- Learning practical corporate finance and valuation methodologies
