About the Job
Nangia & Co. LLP is inviting applications for Article Trainees in its Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) department, based in Noida. This opportunity offers CA students hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic areas of finance—corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and tax strategy.
Trainees will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to transaction structuring, due diligence, valuation, and regulatory compliance, while developing analytical and client-handling skills.

- Candidates eligible for CA Articleship as per ICAI regulations.
- Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
- Interest in M&A, taxation, and corporate finance.
