As their Assistant Managing Editor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our peer-reviewed journals. Your responsibilities will include managing submissions, coordinating peer reviews, preparing content for publication, and upholding rigorous editorial standards.
Eligibility
– Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
– Proficient in English communication (written & verbal)
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Previous experience in journal publishing is advantageous but not mandatory
– Commitment to working from the office (no remote work option)
Responsibilities
– Manage the manuscript workflow from submission to publication
– Coordinate with authors, editors, and reviewers
– Ensure prompt communication and efficient editorial processes
– Prepare articles and metadata for publication
– Support indexing, quality control, and website updates
Salary
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
