About the Job
Leegality is hiring an Associate Finance Ops Lead to join its Finance Team in Gurugram (Hybrid). Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role involves managing accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements to support the company’s rapid growth.
The position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across departments, build scalable financial systems, and strengthen Leegality’s operational finance backbone.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GL, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition using Zoho Books.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports for management and investors.
- Handle fixed asset register management and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Process employee reimbursements and verify TDS and GST filings.
- Reconcile Form 26AS, manage journal entries for deferred revenue, and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closings.
- Prepare data and documentation for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and internal teams to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Support the Head of Finance in enhancing internal controls and process automation.
Eligibility
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Semi-Qualified CA with 1–5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, and TDS provisions.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver accurate results.
- Candidates pursuing CA are not eligible for this role.
Preference
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates comfortable with remote onboarding and hybrid work.
