About the Job
Kamdar Desai & Patel LLP is hiring Article Assistants for its Mumbai office. The firm has an immediate requirement of approximately 12 articles and offers extensive exposure across audit, taxation, compliance, and advisory services.
Areas of Exposure
- Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits
- Direct & Indirect Taxation (ITR, GST, Assessments)
- Accounting & Finalization
- Bank & Concurrent Audits
- FEMA & Transfer Pricing
- SEBI compliances (AIF/PMS)
- TDS, MIS & Financial Analysis
- Startup Advisory & Due Diligence
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate (Both Groups Cleared)
- Good communication and analytical skills
Stipend
As per firm standards

- Working Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM
