About the Job

Cfoone is looking for Article Assistants or Paid Assistants to join our CA firm. The role offers excellent professional exposure across various domains of accounting, auditing, and taxation, enabling practical learning and development under expert guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Stock Audits across industries.
• Support the finalization of financial statements and preparation of audit reports.
• Work on GST compliance, including preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly returns, annual returns, and reconciliations.
• Assist in Income Tax return filing and TDS compliance including deductions, payments, and return filing.
• Participate in Internal Audit assignments and assist in closing audit observations.
• Preparation and filing of Search Reports and Charge Sheets as part of compliance and reporting.
• Exposure to ROC filings, Bank audits, and other regulatory compliance work.
• Maintain proper documentation and support senior staff in client communications and deliverables.
