About the Job
Gunja Dalal & Co. is looking to onboard 4 young, sincere, and dynamic Article Assistants who are keen to gain diverse, hands-on exposure across multiple professional domains. Selected candidates will work closely with the Partner of the firm and gain experience across varied industries and client profiles.
Areas of Exposure
- Indirect Taxation: GST compliance, audits, advisory, and legacy Service Tax / VAT litigations
- Direct Taxation:
- Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Companies, LLPs, Firms, and HUFs
- Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing
- Assessment proceedings, Appeals (CIT, ITAT), and Litigation
- ROC & Statutory Compliances: End-to-end company law filings and audits
- International & NRI Taxation: USA, UK, and Australia (Residency status, TRC, DTAA)
- Bank Audits: Concurrent, Statutory, and System Audits
- Co-operative Societies & Trust Audits
- Information System Audit & Fraud Detection
- Start-up Assistance, Fundraising, and Venture Capital Projects
Eligibility
- CA Inter / IPCC qualified (as per ICAI norms)
- 1st or 2nd year Articleship candidates / Transfer cases
- Completed ITT and Orientation Course (as per ICAI guidelines)
- Sincere, punctual, and eager to learn
Office Details
- Location: Office No. 305, Third Floor, The Pacific, Sector 13, Shilp Chowk, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (with lunch break)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Work Culture: Efficiency-focused; no late sittings preferred
