Sajjan Jindal & Co. is looking for motivated Article Assistants to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in:
- Analysis of seized materials, recorded statements & digital data
- Preparing fund flow statements & cash trail mapping
- Strategizing post-search assessment defences under Sections 153A/153C, 158BC/158BD, 143(3), 148 etc.
- Drafting high-quality legal submissions for CIT(A) & ITAT appeals
- Assisting in tax opinions, legal research & due diligence in complex tax matters
- Building strategic defences to protect client interest in search cases
Responsibilities
You will work directly on live litigation files, gaining exposure in real-time representation, legal drafting & appellate strategy.
