About the Job
At Makia Capital, their journey in the SME & venture capital space has been built on strong governance, compliance, and financial discipline. To strengthen the team further, they are looking for a CA Article Trainee to join us at our office in South Extension, New Delhi.
Eligibility
– Completed CA Intermediate (both groups) and eligible for articleship (IT & OC training completed)
– Strong analytical and Excel skills, with solid research capabilities
– Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn financial due diligence & fund operations
– Only freshers (no transfer cases)
Responsibilities
– Supporting financial due diligence for SME IPOs & private equity deals
– Assisting in fund accounting and reporting for AIF structures
– Preparing investor presentations, models (peer comparison, dilution, etc.)
– Coordinating with auditors, fund administrators, and legal advisors
– Assisting in investor reach-outs and administrative tasks as needed
