Responsibilities
Selected candidates can look forward to excellent exposure and learning in the following areas:
- SME & Startup IPOs, SSE Listings
- Due Diligence
- Transaction Advisory: Merger & Amalgamation
- Open Offer & Demerger
- Advisory on ROC / NCLT matters, FEMA Regulations.
Stipend
- 1st year – 10k
- 2nd year – 12.5k
