Open Positions
1) Assistant Manager – Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting and book closure using Tally
- Preparation of P&L, MIS reporting, and variance analysis
- Budgeting, costing, and financial modelling using Excel
- Payment processing and cash flow monitoring
- Handling compliance, audits, and coordination with stakeholders
- Driving process improvements and automation initiatives
Eligibility
- CA / CMA with up to 2 years of experience, or
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) with 3–6 years of relevant experience
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel is mandatory
2) CA Industrial Trainee
STAN is also looking for CA Industrial Trainees who can join within one month.
Exposure Areas
- Book closure, reconciliations, MIS, and reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics
- Finance operations and business partnering
