About the Job

BSH Household Appliances is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Process Organisation Team at the Mumbai (Andheri) Head Office. The team provides risk advisory and consulting services to internal departments, offering exposure to internal controls, process optimisation, and data-driven risk management.

Eligibility

CA students eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.

Stipend

₹30,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop KPI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense, etc.
• Defining process steps and responsibilities by creating RACI matrices and process flows using Visio / Draw.io
• Managing Internal Control System (ICS) cycles to identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Overseeing audit performance reporting for departments and providing insights to regional management
• Digitalising and optimising business operations using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Identifying risk areas and control gaps through in-depth data analysis and presenting insights to management
