About the Job
BSH is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Process Organisation Team at the Mumbai (Andheri) Head Office.
The team provides Risk Advisory and consulting services to internal departments, focusing on risk management, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
Eligibility
- CA students eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines
- Immediate joiner preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinating stakeholders to define KPIs and develop KPI dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qliksense
- Defining process steps and responsibilities by creating RACI matrices and process flows (Visio / Draw.io)
- Managing yearly ICS (Internal Control System) cycles to identify risks and mitigation strategies
- Overseeing audit performance reporting and providing insights to regional management
- Supporting digitalization and optimization initiatives using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Identifying risk areas and control gaps through in-depth data analysis and presenting insights to executive management
Stipend
₹30,000 per month
