About the Job

Clear is seeking a dedicated 𝐂𝐀 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 eligible for industrial training to join our 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. This role is ideal for candidates who have specialized in 𝐆𝐒𝐓 and 𝐈𝐓𝐑 filings during their articleship and are looking to gain strong exposure in corporate and international compliance.

Eligibility

• CA Final student eligible for industrial training under ICAI guidelines
• Articleship experience in GST and ITR
• Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulatory requirements
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Reconciliations for GST (2A/2B), TDS (Form 26AS), PF, and ESI
• Preparation and filing of:
  – GST: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C
  – TDS: Form 24Q, 26Q
  – PF: ECR filings
  – ESI returns
• Coordination with external consultants for international subsidiary compliance and transfer pricing
• Drafting initial responses to notices from authorities
• Maintaining compliance calendars and documentation
• Supporting internal audits
